Nominations are called from financial members of ArtSound Inc. for the election of six members of the Board of Management.
Nominations in the form below must be received by 5pm on Wednesday 3 May 2017 by:
- email to the Returning Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org or
- mail in a sealed envelope marked “Board Elections” to Returning Officer, ArtSound Inc, PO Box 3573, Manuka, 2603
If more than six nominations are received a ballot will be conducted. Nominees are therefore encouraged to submit a brief bio with their nomination. This bio will be forwarded to members in the event of a ballot.
If six or fewer nominations are received, those nominated will be deemed elected. In accordance with the ArtSound Inc Constitution up to five of those newly elected members shall be elected until the second annual general meeting following their election.
The outcome of the election will be declared at the Annual General Meeting of ArtSound Inc. on Tuesday 23 May, 2017.
The ArtSound Inc Constitution now provides for the Board to consist of from six to ten members of the Association, with five members being elected annually until the second AGM following their election.
The four members of the current Board who will not be required to stand for re-election in 2017, having been elected at the 2015 Annual General Meeting, are David Chalker, Mike Kennedy, Richard Scherer and Deane Terrell. AM.
